Orders are processed within 5 days of payment and ship with a tracking number. Delivery takes 7 to 21 days depending on the region. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the kit ships.

We ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are paid by the buyer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund of the product price.
