Refund policy

You can return the kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, for any reason. Write to nate4@rocketmail.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the kit. If the kit arrived damaged or incomplete, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you at our cost.
